Now that I'm hired, how long until my insurance benefits start?
Insurance benefits begin after three (3) months of employment.

How often will I be paid?
Weekly

Does the company match 401k dollars?
Yes, after you have been employed with iplacement for a 1 year period you are eligible for the iplacement 401K Safe Harbor Plan which you may elect to deposit a % of your pay into the plan. Iplacement matches dollar for dollar up to 3% of your salary and 50 cents for each dollar for the next 2% of your payroll. This allows you to put 5% of your payroll in the plan and iplacement will put in 4% and this plan offers immediate vesting of all company contributions!

My paycheck doesn't seem to be correct, who do I call?
