iplacement's Chairman,
Randy Davis, co-owned the Central Florida franchise of Norrell Services,
Inc. for over two decades. During that time, the franchise consistently excelled, receiving the
highest awards from Norrell, the staffing industry and from the International Franchise
Association. When the franchise was bought by Norrell Corporation, in 1997, sales were the
highest in the country, nearly $32 million. The skills that led the franchise to success are the skills
that Davis brings to the table at iplacement -- strategic and financial planning, contract
management, marketing and investment strategies. Mr. Davis is also a Director of the Florida Bank of Commerce.
iplacement's CEO and President,
David Nuxol is a sales and marketing professional and a longtime
executive in the staffing and recruitment industry.
iplacement was envisioned by David
early on. The team he assembled made it a reality.
As the General Manager and COO of the Central Florida franchise for Norrell Corporation, Norell
sales increased from $6 million in 1988 to $31.8 million in 1997. Later, as Regional Vice President
for Norrell, his region comprised 12 branch locations, 120 employees and $70 million in sales.
David's expertise includes strategic sales and marketing, human resource operations and
implementation, recruiting and establishing senior level business relationships. Client experience
includes Sprint, UPS, Prudential, SunTrust and Equifax.
iplacement's Chief Financial Officer is
Jack Hiatt.
Mr. Hiatt has 25 years experience in financial operations, corporate
development and M&A. During his career he has served as the head of
planning and acquisitions for D&B Information Services; head of planning
and development for TRW Information Systems; and head of corporate
development for TransTechnology Inc. Just prior to joining iplacement,
Mr. Hiatt was CFO for Leisure Bay Industries, Inc., a large Orlando retailer.
Mr. Hiatt earned his B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and his MBA from the Stanford Business School.
iplacement's Vice President & Director of Administration is
Sharon Ball. As the former
administrator of an Orlando law firm with a $10 million operating budget, and later as the
owner/operator of a company that provided consulting services to start-up companies, Ms. Ball
was a client of Mr. Nuxol utilizing Norrell Services for recruitment and staffing needs. The business
relationship that began at that time, was nurtured by complimentary skills. Sharon's
responsibilities with
iplacement include office management, budgeting and forecasting,
personnel supervision, lease negotiating, policies and procedures development and
implementation.
iplacement's Senior Vice President of Business
Development is
Gemma Filliben. Gemma started her career in the Recruitment
Industry under the management of Mr. David Nuxol and Mr. Randy Davis
and the Norrell Franchise from 1987 through 1997. Ms. Filliben served
first as Operations Manager then moved into Strategic Major Account
Management. During her term, the franchise excelled in growth and
operational excellences, winning many internal quality and performance awards.
Her extensive experience includes Fortune 1000 companies such as Siemens Westinghouse, Adelphia, Mitsubishi Power Systems, Priority Heatlhcare, Express Scripts, Equifax, BellSouth, and AAA.
Ms. Filliben's areas of knowledge and expertise include strategic sales and marketing, Human Resource operations and implementation, recruitment strategies and process improvement.
iplacement's Director of Information Technology,
William J. Cooke, who is the architect of
iplacement's technological infrastructure, never says never. Twenty years experience in
software development and business-to-business e-commerce have proven to Bill that
with technology, almost anything is possible.
iplacement visionaries
think about where they want to go and Bill creates the vehicle to get them there. During his career,
Mr. Cooke has developed and sold numerous software applications to clients that include such diverse
organizations as NASA and Elvis Presley Enterprises. These copyrighted, large scale, commercial applications,
primarily in the professional services industries, include over 5000 installations around the world and 15,000
registered users. Bill earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
